I created this blog to share as many recipes as I can with stay at home moms, or working moms who need something quick and easy when they get home. New recipes, and feedback are welcome!
I'm a mom of three boys who enjoys working out, and running races, making fitness a priority in my day to day life. I hope to inspire you to make it a priority too, not only for you, but as an example to your children, spouse, friends and family.
